We are excited to invite you to our 2nd Annual “Taste of the World” culinary experience. This special 4-course dinner will take you on a journey through the exquisite flavors of Nepal, Romania, China/Korea, and Australia.
Chef Glenn has curated an intriguing menu that showcases the unique culinary traditions of each country. Each course will be expertly paired with specialty beverages that complement and enhance the flavors of the dishes. This is a truly unique dining experience that you won’t want to miss.
FIRST COURSE – NEPAL
Aloo Bodi Tama
This Nepali stew is made with bamboo shoots, potatoes,
black-eyed peas and served with Roti.

SECOND COURSE – ROMANIA
Mititei
Literally translating to “little ones” This Romanian dish formally a peasant dish, is now one of Romania’s classics. A hand rolled flame kissed caseless sausage accompanied by ginger carrot mousseline, garlic and lemon labneh.

THIRD COURSE – CHINA/KOREA
Peking Duck with Kimchi
This classic 400-year-old dish is famous for its taste, preparation and presentation. Accompanied by Steamed buns and Kimchi is the ultimate combination of sweet and sour.

FOURTH COURSE – AUSTRALIA
Individual Pavlova
This light baked meringue filled with pastry cream and topped with fresh berries is a prefect way to finish of a trip around the world.
