Act One
Cursed Canapes
Crostini with Chicken Liver Pate and Cranberry Drizzel.
*Vegetarian Option – Vegetable Terrine.

Act Two
Death by Short Rib
Braised Short rib served atop Bacon Fat Infused Pureed Potatoes.
*Vegetarian Option – Seared Indonesian marinated Tofu atop Pureed Potatoes.

Act Three
Chicken Ricotta
Supreme of Chicken dressed with Ricotta Cheese and Herbs on Wild Rice with a Thyme Sauce and Roasted Sweet Peppers.
*Vegetarian Option – Mushroom Croustade with Tomato Jus lie’.

Act Four
Creme Brule
Served with Biscotti and Fresh Berries.
