Canada Grade “A” seasoned with salt and pepper and basted in its own juices.
Dressing
Made with bread, onions, turkey stock and pan juices, sage and seasonings (does not contain MSG). The dressing is cooked separately from the turkey.
Brussels Sprouts
Steamed and then sautéed in butter with onions, salt and pepper.
Squash
Steamed, then pureed and seasoned with honey, butter and orange zest.
Roasted New Potatoes
Seasoned with rosemary.
Gravy
Made with brown turkey stock and a gluten-free seasoning.
Cranberry Sauce
Fresh cranberries cooked in apple, lemon and orange juice with citrus zest, sugar, ginger, and spices.
Christmas Pudding
Traditional pudding accompanied by a custard brandy sauce.
