GolfNorth Properties is thrilled to announce another London area course, with the purchase of Tamarack Ridge Golf Club.
GolfNorth Properties, Canada’s largest golf course consolidator, is pleased to announce that they are further expanding their presence in the London golf market, with the acquisition of Tamarack Ridge Golf Club in Putnam, Ontario. GolfNorth took possession of the club on March 9th, 2023. This popular local par-71 course is just over 6,000 yards from the back tees, and just off the 401 at Putnam Road.
“We’re thrilled to add Tamarack Ridge to the GolfNorth family. Not only does the location make a lot of sense with our existing courses, but it’s a great place to spend the day. Don’t let the par and yardage fool you – this is a real challenge for low handicaps, while still being fun for those with higher handicaps like me,” explained Doug Breen, Regional Vice President & Chief Agronomist at GolfNorth. “I was born and raised on a dairy farm right across the highway; so in a way, this is a homecoming for me.”
Tamarack Ridge will become part of the GolfNorth multi-course membership program, giving Tamarack Ridge members discounts at many GolfNorth courses, and full access to 12 courses, including The Fox Golf Club (Granton), Cobble Hills Golf Club (Thamesford), Exeter Golf Club (Exeter), and Burford Golf Links (Burford), just to name a few.
The course will remain open to members and the public for golf – but also for dining, special events, corporate outings, tournaments, and meetings. Everyone is invited to experience the hospitality, friendly service, and attentive staff – inside the cozy clubhouse or outside on the spacious patio.
