Terms and Conditions for the GolfNorth 2027 Cover Member of the Year Contest:

Eligibility:

1. The contest is open to all current GolfNorth members who are in good standing.
2. Members nominating others must have the nominee’s consent to submit their nomination and personal information.

Nomination Process:

1. Nominations will be accepted via the online form provided at golfnorth.ca/nominate.
2. Nominations must be submitted by the specified deadline: , 2026.

Nomination Criteria:

1. Nominations can be made for oneself or other deserving GolfNorth members.
2. Nominees must provide their contact information for verification purposes.
3. Nominations without the necessary contact information will not be considered.
4. Shortlisted nominees may be contacted for additional information or an interview.

Prize:

1. The selected GolfNorth 2027 Cover Member will receive a prize of $2,000 towards their 2027 membership fees.
2. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item.
3. If the membership tier selected is priced under $2,000, no additional prizes, compensation, or balance owing will be awarded to the selected GolfNorth 2027 Cover Member.

Promotion and Use of Information:

1. By submitting a nomination, all participants agree to allow GolfNorth to use their stories, photographs, and likeness for promotional purposes related to the 2027 Cover Member of the Year campaign, 2027 GolfNorth Memberships promotions, as well as any future promotions within the company.
2. GolfNorth may use the information provided in nominations for promotional materials, website content, and social media posts, giving appropriate credit to the nominee.

Member Consent:

1. By submitting a nomination, the nominator confirms that they have the consent of the nominee to share their personal information and story with GolfNorth for the contest purposes.

Disqualification:

1. GolfNorth reserves the right to disqualify any nomination that does not comply with the contest terms and conditions or contains inappropriate content.

Privacy:

1. Personal information collected during the contest will be used solely for the purpose of the 2027 Cover Member of the Year campaign and will be handled in accordance with GolfNorth’s privacy policy.

Changes and Amendments:
